Kelly McGregor, R.E.A. - President
Kelly has 28 years of experience in environmental construction and solid and hazardous waste management. He began his career in the hazardous waste management business for Newpark Waste Treatment Systems, a company that specialized in the treatment of oil and gas well drilling fluids. Kelly also worked for the BKK family of companies, providing hands on management and design expertise for BKK’s Class I and Class III landfill operations and Greenfield Environmental’s hazardous waste treatment facility in Chula Vista, California. Kelly holds a California General Engineering Contractor’s license, and is a California Registered Environmental Assessor.
Walter Romanowski, C.E.G., C.H.G., R.E.A.
Walter has 23 years experience in landfill construction, design, regulatory compliance and reporting, operations, closure and post-closure care. He has managed hazardous waste site investigations, and supervised the installation of landfill gas and leachate extraction wells. In addition, he has overseen the construction of innovative landfill gas extraction and treatment systems. Walter holds an MS in Environmental Studies from California State University, Fullerton; and a BS in Chemistry and a BA in Geology from Whittier College. He is a California Certified Engineering Geologist, Certified Hydrogeologist, and Registered Environmental Assessor.
Juan Andrade
Juan has 23 years of experience in construction supervision, and in the maintenance and repair of landfill gas extraction and treatment systems. He has held various positions ranging from assistant engineer to maintenance manager of the busiest privately-owned landfill in North America (BKK Landfill). Juan has an extensive background in design, construction, operation, maintenance, and closure of major landfills and support facilities. Juan is a Solid Waste Association of North America (SWANA) certified manager of landfill operations.
